In 1980 Stephen Jones opened his first millinery salon in the heart of Covent Garden, London. It soon became a place of pilgrimage and patronage, as everyone from rock stars to royalty, from Boy George to Lady Diana started to wear his hats. For materials that were often radical, and for designs that ranged from refined to whimsical, Stephen Jones exquisitely crafted hats have been adored by celebrities such as Rolling Stones, Kylie Minogue, Marilyn Manson, Dita Von Teese and fashion icons like Anna Piaggi. Comme des Garcons, Westwood, Gaultier, John Galliano for Dior have used his hats as integral components for their fashion shows. Victoria & Albert Museum, Louvre, FIT, Kyoto Costume Institute celebrate his creations. Stephen Jones and 10 Corso Como conceived a collection of hats all with 10 Corso Como floral designs as special pattern.
