The offer and sale of products on the site 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com are governed by these General Sales Conditions.
The General Sales Conditions may be periodically updated; those published at 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com at the moment of the order check out are considered effective and binding.

Purchase methods
For every product chosen there is a description shown with a picture and the product main characteristics, for example: colour, size and unit price.
The pictures and colours of the products offered for sale on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com may not correspond with the actual items depending upon the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Dieci Srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.

The products for sale on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com may not be purchased with Gift Cards (not e-mail) issued by the "10 Corso Como" store in Milan.

Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those specified on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com. If the items are not available at the time of the order, the note "out of stock" will be shown.
If the item is no longer available due to the simultaneous purchase by many clients, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Dieci Srl may change the items offered for sale on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com  and its pricing at any time and without advance notice.

Price of product
The price of each item is given in Euros: including tax (VAT) and not including shipping costs for countries in the European Union. Excluding tax (VAT) and shipping costs for those countries outside of the European Union.

ORDER

Order
Completing a purchase order implies complete and absolute knowledge of these general sales conditions and their complete acceptance.
Orders can be made upon registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account. Please remember to read carefully the Privacy Policy and the Sales Terms and Conditions.
Orders are made by following the paths and instructions indicated on the site.
Purchases of items offered for sale on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com can be made by customers/clients who are of legal age and who are acting in their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of items purchased on 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com is forbidden.
Dieci srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Dieci srl will communicate with the Customers via email if it is not possible to accept their order.

Order confirmation
At the time the purchase is concluded, the Customer will receive written confirmation of the item ordered and the amount to be paid, indicating the price of the product, the shipping cost and duties and taxes for extra UE countries.
Dieci srl will send further confirmation of the order via email along with the product delivery times.

Payment methods
Order payments are made only in Euros. The "currency converter" is supplied for reference only.
Dieci srl accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
It is possible to pay with PayPal or bank transfer selecting this option during the check out procedure.
Items ordered are considered to be the property of Dieci srl until the entire purchase price is collected.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods
Information on the shipping methods, costs and any customs fees are specified at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs fees are the Customer's responsibility and are charged to their credit or debit card at the moment of the purchase.

Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered using the courier DHL. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Duties and taxes
Prices on the website are shown with VAT included or excluded. During the check out procedure, the Customer will identify which Country is the destination for the merchandise. The customs duties and sales taxes are calculated and shown to the Customer as part of the final invoice before the Customer authorizes payment.
The total invoice paid during the purchase process includes all taxes and duties for the merchandise to be delivered to the Countries on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis.
This does not apply to DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) Countries where any local sales taxes and import duties on the purchase will be demanded by the DHL courier with a communication before the delivery.

Delivery times
After the order is placed the delivery times for the items are as follows:

Deliveries are securely processed by DHL on business day. All orders will be delivered by our carrier DHL, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding holidays and will require a signature upon receipt.
As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery items.
At the moment of the shipping Dieci srl will communicate to the Customer via email the DHL shipping number.
Please inform us of any address changes before shipping.
If the merchandise was already shipped the destination cannot be modified.
Items may also be delivered in partial shipments: in that case, only the price of the items shipped and the shipping costs for those items is charged. If a partial shipment is necessary, it will be communicated via email.

Delays that are more than 10 (ten) working days must be quickly pointed out to our Customer Service department (customer-service@10corsocomo.com) and within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Shipping status
The Customer can follow the shipping status on DHL website by inserting the shipping number.
The web page gives the exact, updated movements of the shipment.

Receiving merchandise
To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the courier requests the "receipt" signature of the addressee at the moment of delivery; if this is not possible, the merchandise is not delivered.
If, upon delivery, the exterior of the package seems damaged, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the courier.
We suggest checking the merchandise upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of items delivered corresponds with what was ordered and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's packing list.
Delivery problems must be quickly pointed out to our Customer Service department (customer-service@10corsocomo.com) and within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Insurance
All packages shipped are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment in which they are entrusted to the courier for shipment, up until delivery.
If upon delivery the packaging is damaged, we advise refusing the merchandise or indicating on the packing list that a damaged package was accepted.
Once delivered to the specified address and collected, the merchandise is no longer insured.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If the products are not satisfactory, a reimbursement or exchange can be requested.
The returns and exchanges conditions are as follows:

Returns procedure

The merchandise purchased may be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. Dieci srl reserves the right not to accept returns made after this time.
Dieci srl refunds the entire cost of items returned by the Customer as long as they are accompanied by a return authorization issued by Dieci srl.
Reimbursement is credited to the same credit card or debit card used for the purchase or to the bank used for the bank transfer.
To proceed with the return process you need to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing returns@10corsocomo.com specifying which item(s) you are returning and explaining the reason of return.
Wait for the return authorization issued by Dieci srl before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return will be accepted only if this procedure is followed carefully.
Please put inside the package the e-mail with the return authorization.
Products are to be returned in their original packaging in order to guarantee that they are not damaged during shipping.

Make a return is easy using our free collection service.

Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.

Returns from Italy:
Please use the prefilled TNT voucher inside the package. Print the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the proforma return invoice attached to the e-mail sent you by Dieci srl and then book a free collection contacting TNT.
Returns from Europe and from the rest of the World:
Once you receive the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the proforma return invoice attached to the e-mail sent you by Dieci srl, go to the 10corsocomo-theshoponline.com website, in the Orders History/ Tracking, click on “Return” botton to select your favourite pick up date and time and print the DHL voucher.
The proforma return invoice must be signed.

You’ll be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Reimbursement for the price of the items will take place within 15 days of the date in which Dieci srl receive the product returned under the conditions specified.

Return Conditions
Products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must have all the 10 Corso Como tags and the safety seals must still be intact.
Shoes must have been tried on over a carpet and must be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the item. Shoes returned without the box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the Customer.
Intimate items and swimwear must be tried on over underwear and without removing the protective adhesive strip. If the adhesive strip was removed or the items wrinkled, the return will not be accepted and it will be returned to the Customer.
Returns that do not correspond to all of the required conditions will not be accepted.
The return must be sent to Dieci srl - Servizio Clienti - Via Tazzoli, 3 - 20154 Milano (Italia). E-mail: returns@10corsocomo.com.

Exchanges
It is only possible to exchange an item purchased with another similar item of a different size or measure within 10 days of the delivery date and if available.
Dieci srl reserves the right not to accept returns made after this time.
In order to exchange items, an exchange request must be sent  via email to returns@10corsocomo.com. Wait for the exchange authorization issued by Dieci srl before returning the item. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.
Please refer to the “Returns procedure” section.
The return of the item has no shipping costs.
Specify the new size/measure, following the return procedure conditions. If you wish to exchange with another item, we advise requesting a reimbursement or proceeding separately with a new purchase.
Substitute items will be shipped to the Customer via courier with no further shipping costs. Anyway if you are based outside the EU, shipping is free but you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.
Perfume and cosmetic are not exchangeable. 

Defective merchandise
Products are considered defective if they are received damaged or show inherent flaws.
An exchange for the defective item may be requested within 10 days of delivery, following the procedures for Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Dieci srl will change the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
Return a defective item has no shipping costs.
If the replacement or the repair of the item is not possible, Dieci srl will refund the entire cost of it, included shipping costs when the item is faulty originally.

Gifts returns
In case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the right to return must be exclusively exercised by the Customer and not, in any circumstance, by the receiver of the gift, by following the procedures for Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the product integrity is a fundamental requirement in order to exercise the right to return.

Reimbursements
If the Customer is not satisfied with the product received he may exercise the right to return it within 10 days of the delivery date.

After the order is placed the delivery times for the items are as follow:

Deliveries are securely processed by DHL.
All orders will be delivered by our carrier DHL, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding holidays and will require a signature upon receipt.
As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery items.
At the moment of shipping Dieci srl will communicate to the Customer via email the TNT or DHL shipment tracking number.
Please inform us of any address changes before shipping.
If the merchandise was already shipped the destination cannot be modified.
Items may also be delivered in partial shipments: in that case, only the price of the items shipped and the shipping costs for those items is charged. If a partial shipment is necessary, it will be communicated via email.

Delays that are more than 10 (ten) working days must be quickly pointed out to our Customer Service department (customer-service@10corsocomo.com) and within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Shipping status
The Customer can follow the shipping status on DHL website by inserting the shipping number.
The web page gives the exact, updated movements of the shipment.

Receiving merchandise
To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the courier requests the "receipt" signature of the addressee at the moment of delivery; if this is not possible, the merchandise is not delivered.
If, upon delivery, the exterior of the package seems damaged, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the courier.
We suggest checking the merchandise upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of items delivered corresponds with what was ordered and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's packing list.
Delivery problems must be quickly pointed out to our Customer Service department (customer-service@10corsocomo.com) and within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.

Insurance
All packages shipped are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment in which they are entrusted to the courier for shipment, up until delivery.
If upon delivery the packaging is damaged, we advise refusing the merchandise or indicating on the packing list that a damaged package was accepted.
Once delivered to the specified address and collected, the merchandise is no longer insured.
