WHICH PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
You may pay by credit card, PayPal and wire transfer. Other methods of payment are not accepted. 10CORSOCOMO.COM reserves the right to ship the order to the same address registered in the client’s PayPal account. For more information, please see PAYMENTS
ARE VAT AND TAXES INCLUDED IN THE RETAIL PRICES?
VAT is included in the published prices for European Countries. For shipments outside Europe, VAT is already deducted from the final price. We ship worldwide in DDP service (Delivered Duties Paid), except for Russia and Ukraine where duties can never be included. DDP means that customs duties and taxes are already included in the final price.
WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE, IS A RECEIPT OR INVOICE ISSUED?
The European customer can decide whether to receive an invoice or not. All purchases from other Countries will always be accompanied by an invoice. The documentation will be sent along with the goods shipped to the customer.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?
Items will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the order is placed. Once the order is dispatched, delivery times are as follow:
• Italy: 1-3 working days
• Rest of the world: 2-3 working days
When the order is shipped, clients receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the order online.

IS THERE AN INSURANCE POLICY COVERING THE SHIPMENT?
Yes, all shipments are covered by insurance policy against damage and/or theft. The insurance is valid until delivery of the goods.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange size/color of an item. You can request a return within 14 days (weekend included) from the date of delivery. Please see the RETURNS section.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
To check if any cancellation or modification is possible, please contact the Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation is possible only if an order has not been shipped yet. If an order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Client can return it for free, however shipping fees will not be refunded. Before the purchase has been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item or change the size/color, if there is availability. We are unable to modify the billing or shipping address, or to change item code from the order.
